Man, I almost wish I wouldn't have just looked at weather.com. Dang. I'm about to pedal home and it's about 7:15pm. Freaking cold and windy as hell out. Wish me luck.
Man, I got caught like you did. The ride in at 10am was nice since I wore just a long sleeved shirt and pants. But since I knew it was going to be a bit cooler at 8pm for the ride home, I carried with me a short sleeve base layer, gloves, and a cycling cap. That was not enough layering to account for the 30° drop in temps!!!
I hope you made it home and have thawed out!
